The ATOMFAIR HSM729 Heat Sealing Machine is a precision thermal bonding system with 300°C temperature control 0.5-0.7MPa pressure capability, purpose-built for flexible-packaged lithium-ion battery sealing in research and pilot production environments. The machine operates by generating heat through heating tubes and transferring it to a copper sealing head; under controlled pressure, the aluminum-plastic film is heated and softened to a near-molten state, completing pressing and fusion bonding to achieve reliable encapsulation. The thermocouple and temperature controller maintain precise constant temperature (±adjustable) for sealing consistency, while the built-in pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring. Featuring top side sealing without mold replacement, the HSM729 supports both top and side sealing configurations up to 200 mm without requiring mold changes, improving operational efficiency and reducing consumable costs. The upper mold reaches a maximum of 300°C (recommended 200°C) and the lower mold 300°C (recommended 100°C), with sealing time adjustable from 0–99 seconds (standard 2–3 s). The anti-scald design provides safety protection but operators should still exercise caution around heated sealing heads.
