Machine Structure & Working Process
The machine consists of four mechanisms: Cell Calibration & Positioning Mechanism, Edge Cutting Mechanism, Edge Folding Mechanism, and Edge Heating Mechanism. After manual loading and cell calibration/positioning, press the double start buttons with both hands to start the machine. The cell undergoes edge cutting, folding and heating forming, and then the cell fixture returns to the initial position.

- Cutters rotate synchronously and reversely, ensuring high edge cutting precision; cutter service life is over 1 million times.

- Equipped with manual and automatic operation modes for flexible selection.
- Position adjustment of each mechanism is guided by linear slide rails, ensuring stable and precise adjustment.
- Edge folding wheels are made of mold steel, wear-resistant and durable for long-term use.
- The running speed of cutters and fixtures, as well as edge heating temperature, are all adjustable.
