Custom Prototyping & Laboratory Fabrication Services

Custom Prototyping & Laboratory Fabrication Services

Atomfair provides precision, research-grade contract manufacturing, custom prototyping, and laboratory equipment modification for university laboratories, national institutes, and industrial battery/materials engineering centers. We bridge the gap between benchtop synthesis and reproducible validation across six primary tracks: Electrode Coating, Dry Pouch Cells, Semiconductor Substrates, Milling Media & Jars, In-Situ Test Fixtures, and Controlled Atmosphere Storage.

All contract fabrication supports both Full-Turnkey (standard battery-grade materials supplied by Atomfair) and Consignment/Toll Processing (utilizing customer proprietary powders and functional substrates). Mutual NDAs are executed upon request prior to drawing or recipe disclosure.
