The Atomfair Powder Tablet Press (Model: Atomfair-PP156) is a precision forming equipment integrating scientific research experiments and small-scale production. • Precise Pressure Control: Pressure range 0-12T (customizable), display accuracy 0.01T, and pressure stability ≤1MPa/10min. It supports programmed pressure application, pressure holding and pressure relief, ensuring controllable forming precision.
• Stable Structural Design: Adopting a Φ70mm chrome-plated oil cylinder with a seal-free connection design, it greatly reduces oil leakage. Equipped with 2 upright columns and a Φ80mm worktable, it features uniform force bearing, which improves the operational stability and service life of the equipment.
• Intelligent Operation Experience: Fitted with a 5-inch touch screen (key service life ＞100,000 times), it supports 18-segment program control and data export. Meanwhile, it adopts dual-scale display of pressure and pressure intensity, enabling convenient and efficient operation and adapting to different operating habits.
