Atomfair-EIP6278 Electric Isostatic Press (Electric Isostatic Press, referred to as EIP) is a precision forming equipment designed based on Pascal’s Law. Driven by an electric hydraulic system, the equipment uses liquid or gas as the pressure transmission medium to apply uniform pressure in all directions to the materials in the closed mold. Its core function is to effectively eliminate internal pores of materials, improve density uniformity through high-pressure densification treatment, and ultimately optimize the mechanical properties and structural stability of products. It is widely suitable for forming needs in the fields of precision parts, ceramic products, composite materials, etc.
2. Functional Features
Excellent Density Uniformity: The density uniformity of products is ≥99%, which can completely avoid the density gradient problem caused by the traditional unidirectional pressing process and ensure the consistent overall performance of products.
High-Precision Digital Control: Supports precise digital adjustment of pressure, dwell time and pressure rise rate. Equipped with a 109.2 mm (4.3 inch) touch screen, it is easy to operate and can flexibly adapt to the forming characteristics of different materials.
Flexible Forming Shapes: Can accurately form complex structural parts such as turbine disks and ceramic prostheses with a dimensional accuracy error of ≤0.02 mm, meeting the high-precision forming requirements.
Safe and Reliable: Equipped with safety devices such as plexiglass/bulletproof glass protective doors and emergency stop switches, it strictly complies with international industrial safety standards to ensure the safety of operators and equipment operation.
