Product Overview

This solvent treatment system adopts the water bath absorption principle, which is a professional device specially used for the recovery and treatment of NMP waste gas in the lithium battery coating process, achieving efficient dual effects of solvent recovery and environmental protection exhaust gas treatment.

Functional Features

  • Equipped with a two-stage water bath treatment unit, which has good recovery and treatment effects on NMP solvent and dust in waste gas.
  • The inner liner is made of fully-welded stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance; the outer shell is treated with powder coating, with an elegant, neat and durable appearance.
  • Based on the core water bath working principle, it recovers NMP waste gas generated in the coating process, equipped with an active self-priming air intake structure, and can be directly used with tap water for convenient and efficient operation.
