Sintered Titanium and Porous Titanium Foam Sheet, 100 µm Filtration Rating, 200 × 200 × 3 mm, 110 PPI, 1 Piece
Research-grade laboratory product

Product Overview
|
|
This sintered porous titanium foam sheet combines a 100 µm filtration rating with a 110 PPI cellular structure in a 200 × 200 × 3 mm format. Its interconnected titanium framework supports solid-liquid, gas-solid and gas-liquid separation while preserving open pathways for flow.
Made from titanium or titanium-alloy powder through forming and high-vacuum sintering, the sheet contains interconnected passages with 35–45% porosity and about 0.23 mm cell spacing. Its estimated bulk density is 2.48–2.93 g/cm³. The metallic porous structure offers low flow resistance, corrosion resistance, heat tolerance, cleanability and reuse in compatible process conditions.
Supplied as one 200 × 200 × 3 mm sheet, this product fits laboratory trials and engineered filtration assemblies used in water treatment, chemical and petrochemical processing, pharmaceutical and food clarification, gas purification, catalyst recovery, oil filtration, seawater-treatment pretreatment, porous-electrode development, flow distribution, acoustic damping and thermal-management studies. Media compatibility, operating pressure, temperature, target flow and dimensional tolerance should be reviewed before quotation or installation.

PROCUREMENT CHECK: Confirm filtration rating, PPI, sheet dimensions, material grade, target flow, operating pressure, temperature and media compatibility before quotation.
CONFIGURATION NOTE: PPI describes the cellular structure, while the micrometre value describes filtration precision. Review both values together when matching the sheet to an assembly.
HANDLING & CLEANING: Protect the porous surface from crushing and contamination. Choose backflushing, steam, ultrasonic or chemical cleaning according to the process medium and operating procedure.
RFQ NOTE: Custom dimensions are available upon consultation. Include the required length, width, thickness, PPI, filtration rating and quantity when requesting dimensional review.
