The ATOMFAIR CSWM-8632 Cylindrical Battery Winding Machine is a semi-automatic precision winding system designed for lithium-ion cell precision winding in research and production environments. Featuring a single-needle automatic taping 2-35mm opposite-penetration winding needle structure, the machine delivers high winding stability with manual electrode feeding and automatic winding, needle changing, termination tape application, and cell discharging. The system achieves ±0.5mm alignment dual tension control through dual active separator unwinding with tension proximity switch regulation—tension is automatically and smoothly adjusted during winding with independent upper and lower tension control. Termination tape is applied transversely for flat, precisely positioned application without stretching the cell. Supporting separator outer-wrap finishing, the machine accommodates electrode widths of 28–73 mm, separator widths of 30–75 mm, and winding needle diameters from 1.8 to 6.0 mm, producing finished cells with outer diameters from 6 mm to 35 mm at a capacity of 5–10 pcs/min. The V2.0 design delivers a qualification rate ≥98% with user-friendly specification adjustment and rapid changeover.
