Product Details
Ga‑LLZO (gallium‑doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide) is a battery‑grade, garnet‑structured solid electrolyte powder with composition Li6.4La3Zr2Ga0.2O12 and an assay >99%. The powder has a typical particle size (D50) of 5 µm and a surface area 2–6 m2/g. As an oxide garnet electrolyte, Ga‑LLZO offers high lithium‑ion conductivity (>0.1 mS·cm-1), good chemical and thermal stability, and compatibility with common battery manufacturing methods.

Application Areas
Solid state electrolyte material for all solid state lithium ion batteries. Gallium doped LLZO, with nominal composition Li6.4 Ga0.2La3Zr2O12 (Ga-doped LLZO), is used as a solid electrolyte material for Li-based batteries because of its high Lithium ionic conductivity and chemical stability with respect to lithium as well as its stability at elevated temperatures.
