Description
PCF-3 is our cost-optimized dielectric film for RF and microwave applications where budget efficiency matters without sacrificing the core benefits of PTFE-based dielectrics. Its higher ceramic loading (30:70 PTFE-to-ceramic ratio) reduces PTFE resin content — the highest-cost input — while still delivering dependable low-loss performance well beyond standard FR-4.

Why PCF-3
- Highest ceramic content in the series lowers material cost per sheet while retaining PTFE’s core chemical and thermal stability
- Df of 0.0005 still outperforms standard epoxy/FR-4 materials by more than an order of magnitude
- Well-suited for higher-volume RF programs where per-unit cost is a primary design constraint
- Same -200°C to +260°C operating range and chemical resistance as the premium grades
Recommended Applications: Cost-sensitive RF modules, general microwave circuits, industrial sensing, mid-tier automotive radar components
