This equipment is a water-free and oxygen-free environment control system with single station and single-sided operation, integrated with single-column purification, PLC intelligent control, touch screen operation, vacuum pump and bracket integrated design; the box is equipped with an inclined operation surface and a detachable safety glass front window. Under standard operating conditions of 25? constant temperature, 1 standard atmospheric pressure, 99.999% high-purity inert gas source, the water and oxygen index is stably < 1 ppm, suitable for scientific research and production scenarios with strict requirements on atmosphere purity.
