This machine is specially designed for secondary (final) sealing of lithium-ion pouch batteries.

It is dedicated to secondary/final sealing of lithium-ion pouch batteries, with electrolyte recovery, high-precision temperature control and pressure detection functions to ensure consistent sealing quality.

- Equipped with electrolyte separation mechanism to recover excess electrolyte
- Imported double-pole heat insulation blocks with excellent heat insulation, no breakage or parallelism deformation
- Pressure detection system: machine does not start if pressure, vacuum or temperature do not meet set values
- Adjustable upper/lower sealing head pressure via pressure regulating valve for different process requirements
- Cylinder-driven heads with double linear guide bushes for flexible movement and precise alignment
