Application Scope

This machine is mainly used for top and side heat sealing of pouch lithium batteries.

Working Principle

The copper sealing head is heated by heating tubes. Heat is conducted to the aluminum?plastic film of the battery. Under certain pressure, the film is heated to a nearly molten state to complete the sealing.
