Mold and core surfaces are mirror polished to Ra 0.4 with upper/lower mold flatness of 0.02 mm and core flatness of 0.02 mm, ensuring formed products are free from fish tail lines and collapsed corners at edges. The machine achieves deeper and more stable stretching compared to similar products, with a maximum punching depth of 6 mm.
