The ATOMFAIR PET357 Pneumatic Edge Trimming Machine is a precision cutting system with high-speed steel blade 2.5-8mm adjustable trimming capability, purpose-built for soft-packaged lithium battery aluminum-plastic film edge trimming in production and research environments. The machine is specially designed for trimming the four sides of formed aluminum-plastic film used in soft-packaged lithium battery packaging, ensuring accurate and thorough edge trimming that meets production requirements. The pneumatic punching and cutting method employs a Taiwan Airtac air cylinder for stable and reliable performance. The upper cutting knife is guided by ball bearing guide zero clearance extended life mold pillars and sleeves, delivering extremely high guiding accuracy that ensures zero clearance between upper and lower cutting knives, significantly extending their service life. Both cutting knives are manufactured from high-speed steel with sharp blades for smooth and clean cutting results. The foot pedal operation device enhances ease of use and improves work efficiency, achieving a working speed above 10 cycles per minute. The V2.0 design operates on AC 220V/50Hz with 0.5–0.7 MPa air supply in a compact footprint of 320 × 160 × 340 mm at 50 kg.
