Battery-grade carbon-coated aluminum foil is a 1-series aluminum foil current collector with 10-30 μm base foil thickness and one-side or two-side carbon coating.

The water-based carbon coating is described with strong bonding, high specific surface area, conductive performance, corrosion resistance and improved interface contact resistance.
