Product Overview
|
|
This 316L stainless steel powder-sintered filter plate combines a 10 µm filtration rating with a 40 PPI porous structure in a Ø100 × 25 mm format. Classified 316L powder is formed and sintered into a rigid microfiltration medium with stable pores and interconnected flow paths, supporting particle retention while maintaining gas or liquid permeability across the plate thickness. The self-supporting metallic construction suits compact assemblies that require a machinable, cleanable and reusable porous filter component.
The 40 PPI porous structure has 0.64 mm nominal pore spacing, 30–45% porosity and 4.4–5.6 g/cm³ bulk density. The 10 µm filtration rating supports precise selection for the intended particle-removal task. Uniform pore distribution, low initial resistance, mechanical rigidity and weldability support equipment integration, while the metallic porous body can be maintained with backblowing, backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning and suitable chemical-cleaning procedures.
The Ø100 × 25 mm plate is available in 1 pcs;2 pcs packs for laboratory trials, replacement programs and small-batch equipment integration. Typical uses include pharmaceutical and chemical-process filtration, water treatment, food and beverage clarification, biotechnology, petrochemical processing, metallurgical operations, gas purification, fluid distribution, pump and tank filtration, coffee and sugar-processing equipment, medical filtration assemblies and other applications that use cleanable 316L porous media. Confirm flow, working pressure, temperature, media compatibility, through-pore requirement and dimensional tolerance before ordering.

PROCUREMENT CHECK: Confirm filtration rating, PPI, disc diameter, thickness, porosity, through-pore requirement, target flow, working pressure, temperature and media compatibility before quotation.
OPERATION NOTE: Increase pressure gradually. If filtration efficiency falls below 50%, use a validated backblowing or backwashing procedure and avoid impact, scratching or concentrated tool pressure on the porous surface.
CLEANING REVIEW: Select physical or chemical cleaning according to the retained material and process medium. Compatible options can include clean-fluid backwashing, clean-gas backblowing, ultrasonic cleaning, dilute acid, dilute alkali, oxidizing agents, surfactants or enzymes.
RFQ NOTE: Custom dimensions are available by e-mail consultation. Include the required diameter, thickness, PPI, filtration rating, package quantity and operating conditions when requesting dimensional review.
