Key Features & Advantages

  • Cost-Effective Solution: Leveraging abundant sodium resources and simplified manufacturing, our cell offers a significantly lower cost compared to lithium-ion alternatives, making energy storage more affordable.
  • High Safety & Reliability: Sodium-ion chemistry provides exceptional thermal stability and intrinsic safety, meeting stringent international standards.
  • Intelligent Liquid-Cooling Thermal Management: Optimized for seamless integration with liquid-cooling systems to enhance power quality and consistency.
  • Enhanced Power Quality: Stable 0.5P charge/discharge performance ensures reliable operation for grid and commercial ESS applications.
  • Exceptional Cycle Life: >6000 cycles with 80% capacity retention delivers long-term service for daily deep-cycling storage.

APPLICATION SCOPE: Grid-scale energy storage, commercial & industrial ESS, renewable integration (solar/wind), peak shaving, load leveling, backup power, microgrids, and off-grid storage. The 160Ah sodium-ion cell is also suitable for low-speed electric vehicles and telecom backup.
PACKAGING: Humidity-controlled vacuum sealed packaging, individual cell isolation in anti-static foam lined cartons. Custom palletized packaging for bulk orders available upon request. Each cell includes terminal covers and desiccant bag.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Always pair with a dedicated BMS supporting appropriate sodium-ion voltage windows per cell. Avoid over-discharge beyond the safe lower limit and over-charge beyond the recommended upper limit. Store cells at a moderate state of charge in cool, dry conditions. Sodium-ion cells are compatible with standard lithium-ion assembly equipment; however, use only manufacturer-approved cell holders and busbars. Dispose of cells following local regulations for sodium-based batteries.
