Usage Steps

1. Prepare the Material: Place the material to be cut on the lower die.
2. Cutting Process:
   • For punch cutting, lower the upper punch into the lower die by rotating the hand lever. Ensure the material is positioned correctly to achieve a clean cut.
   • For blade cutting, place a sheet of A4 paper (approximately 0.1mm thick) under the material for support before lowering the cutting blade to perform the cut.
3. Post-Cutting: After the cutting operation, remove the cut material and inspect the edges for quality.

Maintenance and Precautions

• After each use, clean the machine and molds to prevent residue buildup.
• Regularly check the cutting components for wear and ensure all screws and fasteners are tight.
• Store the machine in a dry environment and apply anti-rust oil if not in use for extended periods.
