Product Introduction
Cemented carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten carbide balls, are beads made of cemented carbide. Featuring high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and bending resistance, they can perform reliably in harsh conditions and replace steel balls.

Product Features
  • Composed mainly of tungsten-cobalt alloy (WC-Co), they offer high hardness and excellent wear resistance, with better toughness than YG6 carbide balls and strong impact and vibration resistance. They are also used as punching balls or extrusion balls for high-impact parts.
  • High density up to 15.1 g/cm³, low porosity, outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, service life dozens of times longer than ordinary tungsten steel balls.
  • High precision with tolerance within 0.001 mm, smooth surface free of pitting, and enhanced surface treatment not available from most manufacturers.
  • Support small-batch production; our process enables production of only 3 pieces while ensuring roundness.
