The ATOMFAIR SVP286 Secondary Vacuum Packaging Machine is a precision final-edge-sealing system with a 250°C copper sealing head ±1.5°C temperature control, purpose-built for soft-packaged lithium battery edge-sealing in mass production and research environments. The copper sealing head delivers excellent heat transfer efficiency, reducing power consumption while maintaining precise temperature regulation within ±1.5°C. Featuring automatic puncture 0-7kg/cm² adjustable pressure functionality, the machine accommodates special process requirements in battery packaging while the pressure of upper and lower sealing heads is flexibly controlled via a pressure regulating valve. Both sealing heads are driven by air cylinders and guided by dual linear guide sleeves for flexible, accurate movement that ensures product parallelism after edge-sealing. The cover cavity operates with air cylinder drive and linear guide sleeve guidance for strict sealing performance. With a vacuum capability of -95 kPa (adjustable), 5 mm standard edge-sealing width (customizable), and maximum sealing size of 200 mm, the V2.0 SVP286 operates on 220V/50Hz at 900 W with 0.5–0.7 MPa compressed air.
