Heating & Temperature Control: Silicon carbide rod heating elements, PID control + digital display/setting, supports 30-segment programmable temperature control
Vacuum System: Vacuum system compatible (no-load vacuum degree up to 1.33×10⁻⁴Pa), including quartz heat insulation tube, vacuum flange and other components
Safety Protection: Power-off when door is opened, over-temperature alarm, leakage/over-temperature protection
