Application

This machine is mainly used for Z-type lamination assembly of positive and negative electrodes with separator to form lithium-ion battery cells.

Equipment Description

Dual left-right robotic arms pick electrodes from positive and negative magazines, perform precise positioning at the secondary positioning stage, then place alternately on the lamination table.

The lamination table moves reciprocally to form Z-type folding of separator between electrodes, achieving automatic electrode stack assembly.
