Product Overview

The ATOMFAIR® Absolute Sealed Cylindrical Quartz Electrochemical Cell features an all-quartz body constructed using fusion welding (non-bonded) for superior durability and optical clarity. The quartz exhibits a light transmittance exceeding 95%. The lid is manufactured from PTFE. The cell can be equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports. The recommended electrode configuration includes Ag/AgCl reference electrode (3.8mm diameter), platinum wire counter electrode (0.5mm diameter), and 3mm glassy carbon working electrode. The working electrode can be customized to 3mm gold disc, platinum disc, or other electrode materials upon request. The quartz sealing section employs a flange design with PTFE caps that compress sealing rings from both top and bottom. Absolute sealing of electrode connections is achieved via built-in jacks on the lid, enabling complete internal electrode integration. Electrodes are not included and must be purchased separately – they must be custom-matched with this cell.
