The ATOMFAIR® Relative Sealed Side-Illumination Chain-Sealed Cylindrical Quartz Electrochemical Cell features an all-quartz body constructed using fusion welding (non-bonded) for superior durability and optical clarity. The quartz exhibits a light transmittance exceeding 95%. The lid is manufactured from PTFE. The cell can be equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports. The cell accommodates standard 6mm diameter electrodes – the reference electrode, counter electrode, and working electrode (or electrode holder) all accept 6mm rod-type electrodes. This is a semi-sealed system with side-illumination capability. The quartz sealing section employs a flange design with a locking ring that secures the PTFE cap, compressing the sealing ring for reliable sealing. Electrode seals are achieved via compression fittings with O-rings on PTFE plugs.
