| ATOMFAIR® Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Planetary Mill Jar (YSZ Grinding Jar) is manufactured from high-density yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ 3mol% density 6.0 g/cm³ HV≥1250 Mohs 8.5) via high-temperature sintering to achieve a fully densified, pore-free structure with exceptional toughness, ultra-low wear, acid-alkali corrosion resistance, and zero heavy metal release. Purpose-built for high-purity nano grinding zero metal contamination applications, this non-metallic ceramic jar releases virtually no impurities during grinding—making it the industry-standard choice for lithium battery materials (NCM, LFP, Si-C anode), MLCC electronic ceramics, and pharmaceutical powders where metal contamination is unacceptable. The sintered non-porous low wear acid-alkali resistant structure delivers hardness and toughness far superior to alumina jars, with an exceptionally long service life under continuous ultrafine grinding. The high-density material (6.0 g/cm³) combined with planetary high-energy impact enables rapid micron-to-nanometer particle refinement. Standard volumes from 50 ml to 5 L are compatible with mainstream laboratory planetary ball mills; 4 L and 5 L large-capacity jars feature outer stainless steel jackets for enhanced impact resistance. High-end pigments and coatings: nano-scale color pastes and inorganic functional pigments ensuring pure coloration without foreign tint.
