Atomfair-ERM-739 Hemispherical Emissivity Meter is an internationally standardized portable non-destructive analytical instrument. It can accurately measure the hemispherical emissivity of object surfaces within a few seconds, providing an efficient and reliable solution for emissivity testing of various materials.

Core Configuration & Advantages

Structural Design: The instrument consists of an embedded host and a dedicated probe. The whole operation is completed through the host touch screen with a concise and intuitive process, which is easy to operate without complicated professional training.

Measurement Core: The core component of the probe adopts a hemispherical blackbody. Its emitter surface is coated with a special black coating, with optical and thermal properties close to an ideal blackbody, which can accurately measure the hemispherical emissivity of various materials such as glass and coatings.

Heat Dissipation Performance: The rest of the blackbody shell and the emitter are designed with thermal insulation. The instrument only generates slight heat during operation, which not only ensures measurement stability but also extends the service life of the equipment.

Precision Parameters

The measurement accuracy can reach ±0.01, which meets the stringent requirements of international standards for emissivity measurement. The data is highly accurate and applicable to various professional testing scenarios.
