A 3Nm³/h PEM hydrogen generator for continuous industrial use in semiconductor fabrication and natural gas blending. Features built-in ultrapure water system, PLC control, and ModbusTCP communication. Achieves rapid start-up (3-5 minutes) with automatic load following and multi-level protection systems for safe unmanned operation.
