Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping Threshold: Orders with a total value of $59 USD or more qualify for free standard global shipping. This benefit is applied automatically at checkout.

Handling and Transit: In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may require up to 30 days for processing. Estimated delivery times range from 3–21 business days depending on destination and selected shipping tier.

Pricing for Orders Below Threshold: Orders under $59 USD are charged shipping costs calculated dynamically based on package weight, volumetric dimensions, and destination coordinates.

Import Duties and Taxes: For shipments destined outside the United States, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, clearing fees, or other import-related charges imposed by local border authorities.

Hazardous Materials: Hazardous, volatile, or temperature-sensitive electrochemical substrates are packed and dispatched using certified UN hazardous goods packaging guidelines. Additional regulatory handling fees may apply to these freight classes.

Returns and Refunds

Atomfair LLC offers a 7-day return window commencing on the date of shipment delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Unopened and Pristine Condition: Returns for refunds are accepted exclusively for items in unopened and resellable condition.

Defective Products: Products with validated manufacturing non-conformance are eligible for a full refund, including return shipping costs, upon our receipt and technical validation of the returned asset.

Opened Non-Defective Items: Returns of opened items are not accepted unless the product is defective.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15–30%, varying by product category, will be applied to all accepted standard returns to cover processing, inspection, and testing costs.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of validated manufacturing defects, for which Atomfair will cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return: custom-synthesized formulations, bespoke engineering form factors, specific dangerous goods classes, and specialized laboratory consumables.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team within the 7-day window with proof of purchase. Refunds for standard returns are processed within 7–10 business days following inspection. For defective products, a full refund including return shipping will be issued upon validation. At our discretion, we may dispatch a replacement unit free of charge, with the customer retaining the original asset.

Use of Services
