Technical Specifications
The scintillators BGO, LYSO, CsI, and GAGG all feature a surface treatment of Ground/Polished. For reflective layer options, BGO and LYSO offer BaSO₄, ESR, E20, and E60L, while CsI and GAGG provide TiO₂, BaSO₄, ESR, and E60. In terms of minimum pixel size, BGO and LYSO have a size of 0.2×0.2 mm, whereas CsI and GAGG have a minimum pixel size of 0.4×0.4 mm. Additionally, the minimum pixel spacing for BGO and LYSO is 0.06, 0.08, and 0.2 mm, while that for CsI and GAGG is 0.08, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 mm.
