CORE PROCESS SOLUTIONS

I. DRY-PROCESS ELECTRODE ALL-SOLID-STATE BATTERY UNIT PREPARATION SOLUTION

For all-solid-state batteries, the solvent-free process directly binds active materials, conductive agents, and binders via mechanical force. The solution covers core equipment such as electronic precision analytical balances, planetary vacuum mixers, high-speed vibratory ball mills, ultra-fine pulverizers, heated rolling presses, and heated flat-bed coaters. It precisely regulates fibrillization, providing a highly efficient solvent-free verification platform for solid-state battery electrodes.

II. SOLID-STATE BATTERY PREPARATION SOLUTION

Supports transition verification of electrolyte systems from liquid to semi-solid and all-solid-state. The platform integrates instruments including vacuum tube furnaces, micro jet mills, composite roller presses, automatic/semi-automatic stacking machines, powder pellet presses, and solid-state battery test kits. It bridges material synthesis, interface engineering, and cell verification, supporting the R&D of high-safety, wide-temperature-range solid-state batteries.

III. COIN CELL PROCESS SOLUTION

Specially designed for material screening and early-stage electrochemical verification. The system is configured with planetary ball mills, automatic film coaters with dryers, electric roller presses, disc cutters, single-sided single-station glove boxes, and electrochemical workstations, providing a high-throughput, low-deviation verification platform for novel positive/negative electrodes, electrolytes, and separators.

IV. CYLINDRICAL CELL PROCESS SOLUTION

Winding accuracy is ±0.5mm, and grooving is adjustable, making it suitable for sensitive chemical systems. The production line includes NMP solvent recovery processors, hydraulic roller presses, ultrasonic metal spot welders, manual/semi-automatic winding machines, semi-automatic cylindrical grooving machines, and plunger-pump precision electrolyte injection systems, providing a stable, controllable platform for new material development and process scale-up.

V. POUCH STACKING PROCESS SOLUTION

Stacking accuracy is ±0.3mm, supporting single-layer/multi-layer configurations. It covers programmable sealing workstation equipment such as semi-automatic electrode cross-cutting machines, C-type semi-automatic stacking machines, semi-automatic aluminum-laminated film forming machines, top/side heat sealers, and vacuum secondary sealers, bridging the entire chain to provide a rapid verification platform for novel materials.

VI. POUCH WINDING PROCESS SOLUTION

Combines high-efficiency winding with lightweight advantages, with critical station parameters being fully adjustable. Equipped with electric slitting machines, automatic cross-cutting machines, thermal pouch flattening presses, four-station split glove boxes, and pouch cell hot-pressing formation machines, it suits moisture- and oxygen-sensitive systems, providing a flexible verification platform for pilot scale-up.
