CORE MATERIAL SOLUTIONS
1. OXIDE SOLID ELECTROLYTES & ADDITIVES
Engineered for oxide electrolyte systems requiring a wide electrochemical window (>5 V vs Li⁺/Li), exceptional air stability, and high thermal stability. We supply mainstream oxide electrolyte powders (LATP, LLZTO, LAGP) with ≥99.8% purity and controllable particle sizes alongside dense ceramic pellets (relative density ≥94%). Functional additives such as monoclinic ZrO₂ nanopowders and TiO₂ micropowders are also available for interface layer modification and composite electrolyte optimization. Powders are optimized for tape casting or dry compounding, while ceramic pellets can serve directly as self-supporting separators.
2. SULFIDE SOLID ELECTROLYTES
Tailored for high-rate solid-state batteries requiring exceptional room-temperature ionic conductivity (up to 10⁻² S/cm). This suite covers ternary thiophosphates (Li₃PS₄, Li₇P₃S₁₁), halogen-doped systems (Li₆PS₅Cl, Li₅.₅PS₄.₅Cl₁.₅), high-conductivity LGPS phases, sulfur-rich Li₇P₈S₂₁, and mixed-anion systems (LiSiPSCl, LPSCB). Additionally, sodium-based sulfide matrices (Na₃PS₄, NPSCl) are supplied for solid-state sodium battery architectures. All materials are strictly sealed and packaged, and must be handled under an inert atmosphere due to air sensitivity.
3. HALIDE SOLID ELECTROLYTES
Designed to balance high oxidation stability with moderate ionic conductivity, making them highly suitable for high-voltage cathode matching. The portfolio includes binary metal chlorides (Li₂ZrCl₆), ternary halides (Li₃InCl₆), multi-element doped systems (Li₂In₁/₃Sc₁/₃Cl₄), and high-purity LiBr auxiliary halide salts. While less moisture-sensitive than sulfides, inert gas protection is strongly recommended for long-term storage. Their powder morphology is ideally suited for cold pressing or deployment as a cathode interface buffer layer to suppress side reactions.
