Product Overview

Tray Sticky Box with Tray is a tray-mounted self-adhesive storage box designed for holding, staging and transferring small precision parts. It consists of a rigid plastic outer box and a removable plastic tray, and the tray surface is coated with a specially cured self-adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is moisture-resistant, odorless, mold-resistant and aging-resistant, and its tack performance remains stable from -60 degC to 200 degC. Clear and black structural combinations can be selected to suit different visibility and handling requirements.

Compared with a standard sticky box, the tray can be taken out of the outer box for direct line-side loading and then returned to the box for protected storage and transport. The self-adhesive tray helps keep chips, optical parts, crystal parts, ceramic pieces and other delicate micro components in position without rigid clamping, reducing slip, vibration and surface contact during inspection, pick-and-place preparation, temporary storage and short-distance transfer. Different adhesion grades can be selected according to part weight, contact area and surface sensitivity.
