ATOMFAIR AF3300A PEROVSKITE FILM COATER WIRE BAR BLADE GLOVEBOX HEATING

RESEARCH GRADE EQUIPMENT

Product Overview

The ATOMFAIR AF3300A Perovskite Film Coater is a four-in-one multi-functional wire bar blade 200×300mm vacuum heating system specifically designed for glovebox thin film deposition coating in perovskite solar cell research. The compact design (550 × 210 × 340 mm) integrates wire bar and blade coating technologies with vacuum adsorption and heating capabilities for complete film preparation within inert atmosphere environments. The wire bar system uses high-precision imported bars with ±0.001 mm coating accuracy, a snap-fit design for simple installation and reduced wear, and a flip-cover blade head (mold steel, 0.1–10 mm thickness range, ±0.003 mm precision, 200 mm width) for easy cleaning. The vacuum adsorption platform (200 × 300 mm, Φ0.8 mm holes, 20 × 20 mm pitch) with mechanical clamps secures diverse substrate materials. ±0.001mm precision air knife drying is provided by an integrated air knife assembly with standard outlet gap of 0.05–0.08 mm (customizable up to 3 mm) and 0.01 mm air knife precision. Heating is via mica sheet (RT–180°C, ±1°C uniformity, graphene optional) with color LCD touch screen control, 1–300 mm/s coating speed, and 100V–220V/50–60Hz power at 1800 W. The vacuum pump delivers 5.4 m³/h with 2 Pa ultimate vacuum at 180 W.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Four-in-One Multi-Functional Coating Platform: Integrates wire bar coating (±0.001 mm precision), blade coating (±0.003 mm precision), vacuum adsorption (200×300 mm, Φ0.8 mm holes), and heating (RT–180°C, ±1°C uniformity) in a single glovebox-compatible unit for complete perovskite film preparation workflows.
  • Dual Coating Technology with Snap-Fit Wire Bar and Flip-Cover Blade: High-precision imported wire bars with snap-fit design for simple installation and reduced wear; mold steel flip-cover blade head (0.1–10 mm thickness, 200 mm width) enables rapid cleaning and material changeover between experiments.
  • Integrated Air Knife with 0.01 mm Precision for Controlled Drying: Standard air knife outlet gap of 0.05–0.08 mm (customizable up to 3 mm) with 0.01 mm precision enables controlled atmosphere drying of perovskite films, critical for achieving uniform crystallization and optimal film morphology.
  • Color LCD Touch Screen with Full Parameter Control: Intuitive touch screen interface with adjustable coating speed (1–300 mm/s), heating temperature, and vacuum control provides precise, reproducible coating parameters essential for perovskite research repeatability.

APPLICATION SCOPE: Perovskite thin film preparation in glovebox environments for solar cell research. Laboratory high-precision automatic film coating in university and research institute settings. New material film prototyping and sampling across photovoltaics, coatings, inks, lithium batteries, and pharmaceutical plaster applications. Compatible with various substrates including glass, ITO, FTO, and flexible films secured by vacuum adsorption and mechanical clamps.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY: Each AF3300A perovskite film coater is supplied as a complete system including the coating unit with wire bar and blade assemblies, vacuum adsorption platform, heating system, air knife with bracket, color LCD touch screen controller, and vacuum pump (5.4 m³/h, 2 Pa ultimate vacuum, 180 W). High-precision imported wire bars are included as standard. Installation guidance and operational training support are provided upon request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The equipment is designed for glovebox operation; ensure adequate antechamber clearance for the 550 × 210 × 340 mm dimensions. The vacuum pump requires external connection. For glovebox integration, the air knife assembly can be connected to nitrogen supply for inert atmosphere drying of air-sensitive perovskite films. Wire bar thickness is determined by bar number—select appropriate bar specifications based on target wet film thickness. The flip-cover blade should be thoroughly cleaned after each use to prevent material cross-contamination. Heating temperature above 180°C is available upon custom request. For detailed installation, operation, and maintenance instructions, consult the user manual prior to first use.
