II. Main Features

- Lightweight: Large specific surface area, specific gravity 0.2~0.3, 1/4 of water, 1/3 of wood, 1/10 of aluminum, 1/30 of iron.
- Sound Absorption: Porous structure provides broadband sound absorption characteristics.
- Electromagnetic Wave Shielding: Provides approximately 90dB electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness through relatively thin thickness.
- Processing Performance: Can be cut, bent and simply pasted.
- Fire Resistance: Maintains stable shape, difficult to burn at high temperatures, high temperature resistant.
- Recyclable: Metal waste materials can be recycled.
- Air Permeability: Homogeneous three-dimensional network structure provides filtration, stable gas and fluid flow.
- Sound Insulation: Through additional treatment, effectively blocks high noise levels with good sound insulation.

III. Application Areas

| Exhaust gas purifier carrier materials, battery electrode materials, various catalyst carriers, especially suitable for high temperature and acid/alkali corrosion resistant filter materials, infrared burner surface layer materials, various industrial and civil drying equipment heating materials, etc. |
- Chemical Power Sources: Applied in nickel-hydrogen, nickel-cadmium, fuel cell nickel foam positive and negative electrodes, multiplying battery performance. Nickel foam-carbon composite electrode material is ideal for lithium batteries.
- Chemical Engineering: Can serve as catalyst and catalyst carrier, filtration medium, separator medium (such as oil-water separators, automotive exhaust purifiers, air purifiers), reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency due to large specific surface area.
- Electrochemical Engineering: Used in electrolytic hydrogen production, electrocatalytic processes, electrochemical metallurgy, significantly improving energy efficiency.
