APPLICATION SCOPE: Designed for machining oil mist purification systems, heat treatment quenching smoke abatement, die-casting and injection molding workshop air purification, and pre-filtration stages in commercial kitchen exhaust hoods. Compatible with HVAC systems, automotive engine intake filtration, sugar processing, fuel tank venting, paint spray booth exhaust, and water filtration basins. The filter operates on the principle of physical oil mist coalescing filtration, suitable for air conditioning, automotive engine systems, industrial filters, range hoods, and filtration kettles where A1 fire-rated non-combustible media is required by code.
PACKAGING: Standard configurations available in 500 × 500 mm, 500 × 600 mm, and 200 × 300 mm plate sizes with 10 mm or 15 mm thickness and 20 PPI pore density. Custom dimensions, thicknesses (1–30 mm), and PPI grades (5–500 PPI) manufactured to order. Frame material options include galvanized steel, natural aluminum, and stainless steel with protective mesh choices of woven screen, diamond mesh, or perforated plate. Each filter is individually packed with edge protection to prevent frame deformation during transit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Routine cleaning is accomplished by direct water jet washing; the all-metal A1 fire-rated construction permits aggressive mechanical cleaning without degradation. While the iron-nickel foam core and stainless steel frame are inherently acid-alkali resistant, avoid prolonged immersion in concentrated hydrochloric acid (pH < 1) to preserve the nano-metal oleophobic coating integrity. For optimal physical oil mist coalescing filtration performance, clean the filter when pressure differential exceeds 150 Pa or visible grease accumulation covers more than 50% of the frontal surface area. After cleaning, ensure complete drainage before reinstallation to maintain the specified wind resistance below 100 Pa. This product employs purely physical purification principles—no electrical power is consumed during operation.
