This ITO-PET Conductive Film is a laboratory-grade flexible transparent electrode manufactured by depositing an indium tin oxide conductive layer onto a PET transparent film substrate via 5 Ohm magnetron sputtered 0.125mm coating technology, followed by high-temperature annealing treatment. The product delivers a sheet resistance of 5 Ω/sq with haze ≤3%, 100% coating adhesion, and curl ≤10 mm, making it an excellent flexible transparent electrode substrate for bendable optoelectronic devices, wearable sensors, and roll-to-roll printed electronics research. The film demonstrates outstanding thermal stability, with performance variation ≤1.3 after both 120-minute 80°C constant-temperature baking and -40°C low-temperature freezing, and is fully -40°C to 80°C thermal cycling stable. IMPORTANT NOTICE: As a general performance relationship: with consistent substrate and manufacturing process parameters, increasing ITO coating thickness reduces surface resistance but correspondingly decreases optical transmittance. Handle the film by edges only; avoid touching the ITO-coated surface. The removable protective cover film should be peeled immediately prior to use to minimize particulate contamination.
