Introduction

This product adopts nickel foam as the carrier, featuring stable performance, large specific surface area, and high catalytic efficiency. It is widely applied in air conditioners, air purifiers, hospitals, and other fields. Compared with traditional aluminum-based honeycomb networks, it offers significantly increased effective contact area and enhanced ultraviolet light absorption capacity.
The nickel foam is manufactured by processing ordinary open-cell soft foam through mesh treatment, which removes the original facial mask or wall film between foam networks to form a backbone mesh structure. With a porosity of up to 97%, it exhibits excellent air permeability, good flexibility, and high mechanical strength. As a filter material, nickel foam boasts low flow resistance and high filtration efficiency, capable of effectively filtering particles with a diameter of 15μm. Additionally, it has diverse special applications, such as filtering materials, fuel tank filling materials, and fabric processing materials.
