Description
Product Overview
- General Cylindrical Mold: A common pressure-forming mold used in laboratories, fully customizable to user requirements.
- Pressure-Controllable Battery Mold : The sleeve and gasket compression nut are made of PEEK material with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It features simple operation, can form a detachable solid-state battery measurement device with a pressure-controllable battery fixture, and is used with small mechanical or manual pressurization devices. This product is designed to study the performance of battery materials under different pressure conditions.

-
Modular Design
Fast assembly, convenient disassembly, higher operation efficiency.
Usage & Maintenance Notes
- Before each use, wipe the mold surface with cleanroom paper to remove anti-rust oil and avoid affecting test results.
- Position the mold at the center of the tablet press; do not exceed the mold’s rated pressure during pressurization.
- For viscous metal powders (e.g., aluminum, magnesium, zinc), use an appropriate lubricant to reduce friction during compression.
- After use, clean the sample residue from the mold promptly to prevent corrosion. For long-term storage, clean and dry the mold with anhydrous ethanol, apply anti-rust oil, and store in a dry environment.
Application Scenarios
- Directly place electrode sheets, separators, and electrolyte into the center of the mold sleeve; no screws are required for operation.
- Place the entire assembly into a press for pressurization (presses are available for purchase).
- Connect the tabs to a battery analyzer.
- High-throughput battery measurement kits can be customized according to customer requirements.
