Usage & Maintenance Notes

  1. Before each use, wipe the mold surface with cleanroom paper to remove anti-rust oil and avoid affecting test results.
  2. Position the mold at the center of the tablet press; do not exceed the mold’s rated pressure during pressurization.
  3. For viscous metal powders (e.g., aluminum, magnesium, zinc), use an appropriate lubricant to reduce friction during compression.
  4. After use, clean the sample residue from the mold promptly to prevent corrosion. For long-term storage, clean and dry the mold with anhydrous ethanol, apply anti-rust oil, and store in a dry environment.

 Application Scenarios

  1. Directly place electrode sheets, separators, and electrolyte into the center of the mold sleeve; no screws are required for operation.
  2. Place the entire assembly into a press for pressurization (presses are available for purchase).
  3. Connect the tabs to a battery analyzer.
  4. High-throughput battery measurement kits can be customized according to customer requirements.
