Product Overview
This series of NMP recovery units treats NMP waste gas by utilizing NMP’s high water solubility. The water adsorption method can almost completely absorb NMP from waste gas, achieving a recovery rate of over 99.7%. The unit features an aesthetic appearance, small floor space, superior performance and simple operation.
Functional Features
- The NMP adsorption tower is a multi-stage adsorption NMP recovery system, comparable to imported equipment.
- Adopts pure physical adsorption method for more thorough NMP recovery with a high recovery rate of over 99.7%.
- No external cooling devices (plate heat exchangers, cooling towers, etc.), achieving zero cooling energy consumption.
- Only a small amount of pure water is required for the system (e.g., about 120L/h of pure water for an air volume of 10000m³/h), maintaining NMP waste gas emission concentration within 5mg/m³ all year round.
- Only one circulating pump is needed compared with other tower-type recovery methods, featuring remarkable energy-saving effect.
- Aesthetic appearance, small floor space, superior performance and simple operation.
- Long service life of more than 20 years, no vulnerable parts, and almost zero after-sales maintenance cost.
