Usage and Storage Specifications

1. Preparation Before Use

  • New or regenerated molecular sieves must be cooled to room temperature first
  • Fill quickly in a dry environment to avoid moisture absorption due to long-term exposure

2. Regeneration Conditions (Reusable)

  • Atmospheric pressure environment: Bake at 350℃ for approximately 3 hours
  • Vacuum environment: Dehydrate at 250-300℃ for 1-2 hours
  • After regeneration, cool to room temperature before reuse

3. Long-Term Storage Requirements

  • Must be packaged in a sealed container and stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
  • Do not store with strong oxidants, acids or alkalis to avoid failure of adsorption performance
