1. Product Introduction

Atomfair-FAFS325 Flame Atomic Fluorescence Special Gold Analyzer is a professional instrument specially developed and manufactured for geological prospecting scenarios, focusing on the accurate testing of trace gold and constant gold. The instrument has excellent test performance, the detection limit of gold is less than 0.05ng/mL, and the test has a wide linear range with a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05ng/mL – 5μg/mL. It only takes about 10 seconds to test a single sample with the test cost as low as 0.1 CNY, featuring high efficiency and economy. This product has won the Gold Award of the 17th Beijing Conference and Exhibition on Instrumental Analysis (BCEIA), and the relevant test methods have been incorporated into the unified industry analysis standards and officially implemented.

2. Working Principle

This instrument breaks through the principle limitations of traditional hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometers and adopts advanced flame atomic fluorescence spectrometry technology. Liquid samples are atomized into aerosols by a high-efficiency atomizer, and the aerosols are fully mixed with fuel gas in the premixed atomization chamber. Then the samples are evaporated, melted and decomposed into ground state atoms by combustion heat. The ground state atoms are excited to a high energy state by a high-performance hollow cathode lamp. The atoms in the high energy state are unstable and emit atomic fluorescence in the form of optical radiation during the de-excitation process. Since the intensity of atomic fluorescence is directly proportional to the content of the measured element in the sample, the gold content in the sample can be accurately determined by detecting the fluorescence intensity.

Information such as sample number, conversion coefficient and sample weight can be set freely before and after the test, and the system automatically completes the conversion; supports graphic display, playback, statistics and query of test data, and all kinds of graphics and data can be saved, output, backed up and printed on the page;
With instrument self-inspection and gas cut-off early warning protection function to comprehensively ensure the stable operation and operational safety of the instrument.
