1. Product Overview
Atomfair series automatic warm isostatic press (Warm Isostatic Press, referred to as WIP) is a precision forming equipment integrating high temperature control and all-round uniform pressurization function. Designed based on Pascal’s principle, the equipment realizes dead-angle-free pressure transmission through liquid media such as clean water and special hydraulic oil, and is specially built for application scenarios with strict requirements on forming uniformity and compactness. Loose powder materials can be pressed into green bodies with dense structure and stable performance under the synergistic effect of 0-300℃ temperature and 0-588.4 kilonewtons pressure, and it is widely used in the research and development and small-batch production of powder metallurgy, ceramic materials, composite materials, refractory materials and new energy battery components and other fields.

Precise Synergy of Temperature and Pressure: Pressure adjustment range is 0-588.4 kilonewtons, with display accuracy up to 0.98 kilonewtons; Temperature control range is 0-300℃, with temperature accuracy of ±2℃. Equipped with multi-stage pressurization mode and pressurization map display function, it ensures uniform density of formed green bodies and meets high-precision forming requirements.
Intelligent and Convenient Operation: Equipped with a 177.8 mm (7 inch) touch screen to realize the fully automatic operation process of the equipment, supporting custom setting of process parameters and export of production data; The flip-up structure design makes the operation process safe, convenient, efficient and labor-saving.
Stable and Wide Adaptability: Standard cavity size is Φ50×150 mm (customizable), effective cavity volume is 3 liters (3000 milliliters), and the forming compactness can reach more than 99.8%, which can adapt to the complex forming processes of various materials; The equipment has a compact structure, with a rated power of only 2500 watts, excellent energy saving, and takes into account both scientific research experiments and pilot production scenarios.
