Product Overview

The oven is equipped with a stainless steel inner chamber. Each working chamber operates independently.
Heating, vacuum pumping and gas filling run in an automatic cycle. The time for each stage can be set via the touch screen.
The oven adopts a PLC control system with touch-screen operation, using forced air circulation for heating and cooling.

• Three-layer independent temperature control design. Each chamber can perform different baking processes. Custom material racks are available upon customer request.
• PLC control with temperature controller and HMI operation for flexible parameter setting. Electric heating with air circulation ensures excellent temperature uniformity and small fluctuation.
• Inner chamber made of SUS304 stainless steel, outer body with cold-rolled steel plate and powder coating. High-performance thermal insulation layer design.
• Integrated frame and chamber structure with excellent sealing, ensuring stable vacuum level for a long time.
