Product Overview

This product, model Atomfair-VMD-8521, is a high-efficiency equipment integrating vacuum mixing and dispersing. It is suitable for the mixing process of positive and negative electrode slurries in battery experiments, as well as the mixing of powdery materials and various ceramics. The equipment sets the operation time, stirring speed and rotation direction through a programmable controller, featuring convenient operation and adaptability to various experimental and production needs.

Features

• Adopts industry-leading soft sealing technology, which can stably maintain a vacuum state of -0.098MPa for more than 24 hours with excellent sealing performance;
• Equipped with a precision guide pillar support structure and matched with an air cylinder to automatically push the barrel to open and close. The humanized design balances operational convenience and running precision, with outstanding efficiency;
• Comes with a 1L double-layer stainless steel container. The barrel is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, precision machined by a lathe, and then polished by a precision automatic polishing machine to ensure the high-precision operation requirements of the equipment;
• The stirring motor adopts frequency conversion adjustment of the gearbox, which can flexibly select the appropriate rotating speed and torque according to different process requirements and material viscosities, with wide adaptability;
• Adopts a double dispersing paddle design, which can drive materials to fully tumble up and down and around, realizing rapid and uniform mixing of slurries and improving mixing quality;
• The appearance adopts a three-dimensional geometric design, which is exquisite, simple and elegant, suitable for placement in various scenarios such as laboratories and production workshops.
