This equipment is mainly used for removing bubbles from liquid or viscous materials. Through the combined action of a vacuum environment and a stirring device, it achieves uniform mixing and a bubble-free state of materials, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.

Functional Features

Main Shaft: Adopts Swiss ASSAB S136 mirror mold steel, processed through multiple heat treatment procedures with an overall hardness of HRC 62. The entire shaft is ground, and the sealing surface is further mirror-ground to achieve a surface roughness of 0.02μm (mirror finish), featuring extremely low friction coefficient, superior wear resistance, minimal wear to the sealing ring, and ultra-long service life with high sealing performance.

Sealing Ring: Adopts high wear-resistant sealing rings from Bayer AG (Germany), which can withstand a linear speed of up to 40 m/s (the linear speed of our equipment is only 4 m/s at 2000 rpm) and a pressure of up to 20 kg/cm².

Vacuum Pump: Adopts a pump with forced oil circulation lubrication improved by internationally advanced technology, featuring excellent lubrication, low wear and long service life.

Gears: Adopts automotive spiral bevel gear structure, with stable operation, low noise and long service life.

Rotary Arm: Integral rotary arm, fully processed from imported American aerospace magnesium-aluminum alloy 7075, ensuring product precision and long-term stability. It has high interchangeability—rotary arms of the same model can be arbitrarily interchanged, facilitating easy maintenance.
