Description
Atomfair-UWM9670 Automatic Tracking For Winding Lamination Processes
Product Overview
Suitable for metal welding in winding and lamination processes, it features compact size, elegant appearance, easy operation, sturdy structure, and stable & safe use. The transducer converts high-power ultrasonic oscillation signals into mechanical energy of the corresponding frequency, applying it to the interface of metal sheets to be welded. It instantly heats the joint, activates particles in the metal lattice, and enables molecular interpenetration for firm welding.
Functional Features
- Low internal resistance at welding points with excellent conductivity and ultra-low resistivity close to zero
- No oxidation marks; ultrasonic wave has cleaning function, realizing perfect welding without surface treatment even with contaminants or oxides on metal surfaces
- No pre-treatment for all workpieces, fusion welding without solder or welding oil additives, economical and convenient
- Welding head made of wear-resistant materials with long-lasting durability
- Firm welding points; working temperature below annealing temperature, no change to workpiece metallographic structure, stronger fusion strength than other methods with neat and clean welds
- Low welding cost, fast speed, easy operation and convenient maintenance
- Ultra-short welding time, instant fusion completion generally within 0.01-2 seconds
- No sparks during fusion, safe for operators; no smoke and no air pollution
