Temperature Control Range: MFLGLD20 Series (Room Temperature – 1100℃); MFLGLD40/41 Series (Room Temperature – 1200℃)

Operating Temperature: MFLGLD20 Series (1050℃); MFLGLD40/41 Series (1150℃)

Temperature Control Precision: ±0.1℃ when <1000℃; ±1℃ when ≥1000℃

Temperature Rise Rate: ≤10℃/min below 1000℃; ≤30℃/min above 1000℃ (Recommended within 70℃/min)

Structure & Configuration

Furnace Body: Ceramic fiber furnace chamber + cold-rolled steel plate corrosion-resistant exterior; Furnace surface temperature (under 1000℃ working condition) ≤ Room Temperature + 10℃

Heating & Temperature Control: Silicon carbide rod heating elements, PID control + digital display/setting, supports 30-segment programmable temperature control

Vacuum System: Vacuum system compatible (no-load vacuum degree up to 1.33×10⁻⁴Pa), including quartz heat insulation tube, vacuum flange and other components

Safety Protection: Power-off when door is opened, over-temperature alarm, leakage/over-temperature protection
