The device adopts an automatic tension control system for the separator, and the cylinder drives the separator to move left and right to realize Z-shaped lamination. The cantilever design is convenient for operation. Compared with manual laminators, this device has the characteristics of high lamination efficiency, good lamination neatness and wide applicable battery size range, making it an ideal choice for R&D sample production and small-batch trial production equipment.
