Product Introduction
Atomfair Planetary Ball Mill (Model: Atomfair-PBM-6825) is an essential equipment for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nanomaterial dispersion, new product development and small-batch production of high-tech materials. It is widely suitable for the experimental and small-batch production needs of various high-tech materials, with convenient operation and stable performance.
Functional Features
- The grinding jar adopts planetary motion design, with high grinding efficiency, which can obtain finer material particle size to meet different fine grinding needs;
- Equipped with a frequency conversion control system, the ideal rotating speed can be flexibly selected according to the test results to adapt to various material grinding scenarios;
- The frequency converter has built-in undervoltage and overcurrent double protection functions, which can effectively protect the motor and extend the service life of the equipment;
- The whole equipment is integrated design, with timing shutdown and automatic timing forward & reverse rotation functions. It can freely choose multiple operation modes such as one-way, alternating, continuous, timing and untimed, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency and grinding uniformity.
